F. The lunge position
Once the weight starts to get heavy the lunge position is a vital stage as it allows you a little time to catch your breath and prepare to stand up. The lunge position is shown in the next picture.
G. The stand
The last stage of the Turkish get-up is to get into the standing position. To do this, simply attempt to stand up fully from the lunge position. You will have to push off hard with both legs. Keep looking at the weight in your hand as you stand, as this will allow you to exert more control over the exercise. This final stage is shown in the next picture.
